Shipping policy
At The Designer Club our lenders are encouraged to post your item out leaving enough time to make it to you at least two days prior to your chosen hire date.
If you have not received a return parcel that you have paid for please reach out during your hire period so that you can be reimbursed.
All items need to be returned on the next business day after your hire period.
Please understand that there are busy times of the year that may result in delays receiving your item, so we encourage all of our lenders to consider these delays when renting or lending. If you did not receive an item due to a postal delay you will be refunded once the lender received the item back, please ensure you reach out to us during your hire period at support@thedesignerclub.com.au
