Return and Refund policy:

If you receive a product that does not match the description on the listing, arrives in an unsuitable condition, or fails to reach you in time for your event, you may be eligible for a full refund. To initiate the process, please contact our Customer Service team promptly at support@thedesignerclub.com.au. As we release payments to our lenders shortly after the hire period, it is essential that any return or refund request is submitted as quickly as possible. Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned and received by the lender. Please ensure that you post the item back at your earliest convenience.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that do not fit. We strongly recommend checking the sizing information carefully before hiring or requesting a size guide directly from the lender.
